Ordering information

What delivery methods are available?

We deliver goods mostly by home delivery, but it is also possible to pick up the goods at the warehouse.
Smaller products can be delivered by parcel service or courier to the desired address.

How long does it take to get the goods delivered?

In stock products are generally available with a delivery time of 3-5 working days, and for made-to-order products the possible delivery time should be specified in advance.
If the product is to be delivered outside Estonia, the delivery time may be longer depending on the destination.

Do we also deliver outside Estonia?

We deliver throughout the European Union, plus Norway and England.

How long will it take to deliver the goods you order?

In most cases, the delivery time for goods ordered is 2-4 weeks.
However, we always check with the manufacturer before confirming the order and provide as much information as possible to decide on its suitability.

Payment methods

What payment methods do we accept?

We offer Montonio payment solutions.
We accept bank transfers, credit card payments.
On the Estonian market we offer Montonio split e.
Split payment solution.
Montonio split payment solution – pay for the goods later in up to three equal instalments!
Starting from 25€ purchase amount, you can split the shopping cart amount over several months – without interest, contract and administration fees.
Pay later – You can pay for the goods after a month without any extra charges.
0% interest, 0€ contract fee and 0€ administration fee.
Pay in 2 instalments – Spread your payments over two months without any surcharge.
0% interest, €0 contract fee and €0 administration fee.
Pay in 3 instalments – Spread the payments over 3 months without any surcharge.
0% interest, 0€ contract fee and 0€ administration fee.
How to proceed?
– Select the products you want to pay for – add the products to your shopping cart – go to the payment – fill in the necessary fields – choose the most suitable payment method (pay later or pay in 2-3 instalments) – place your order – identify yourself with your Mobile ID / Smart ID or ID card – fill in the necessary fields – submit your details!

Is online shopping safe?

Yes.
If you pay for goods by credit card and the product is broken, damaged or never arrives, you have the right to claim reimbursement through your credit card provider.

Ordering and returning goods

How to place an order?

It’s easy – select the product, choose the quantity, enter the delivery address and we’ll check product availability and possible delivery costs.
After checking availability, we’ll send you an order confirmation with either free or paid shipping, and once the order has been confirmed with payment, we’ll add the order to the work in progress and the goods on their way.

Should I register for an account to place an order?

You do not need to create a separate account to order goods.

How should I get in touch if I have questions?

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

In this case, please contact us by e-mail info@viimistluskaubamaja.ee and refer to the specific order number you have placed and inform us of the changes you wish to make.
If possible, we will cancel or modify the order.

Can I track my subscription?

In the case of an order in transit by courier or ground transport, which has tracking e.
Tracking number, we can forward it to you on request.

Can I return the product?

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for online purchases.
The returned product must be packed in the original packaging.
If the reason for the return is the poor quality of the product, we will replace the product or its defective parts with higher quality parts or refund the money.
Broken or damaged product will be replaced in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
