Monopark boasts very low thermal resistance 0.066 m²K/W which means that the flooring does not insulate the warmth. Instead, the warmth is released quickly and with minimal loss into the room. Thanks to the strong HDF underlayer the parquet is remarkably more intent resistant than standard wooden floorings. The new B-Protect® surface treatment with 12 durable lacquer layers (instead of the usual 6 or 7 layers) makes the flooring durable against everyday wear and tear. Floors treated with B-Protect® do not need any special care, they are UV-stable, and 100% healthy for living.
