Parquet Flooring Bauwerk Monopark American Walnut 14 oiled sanded is a strip parquet by the Swiss manufacturer Bauwerk from the Monopark collection in the colour American Walnut.
Bauwerk Monopark – strip parquet
Monopark is Bauwerk’s most popular two-layer strip parquet measuring 470 x 70 x 9.6 mm with a 3 mm oak top layer. The small classic strip is one of the most widely laid herringbone parquets in Europe; its low build height also makes it ideal for renovations.
Colour and grade
American walnut is a dark, chocolate-brown precious wood with elegant grain. Grade 14 is calm and uniform: only a few small knots and slight colour variation.
Surface finish
The surface is natural oiled at the factory. The oil penetrates deep into the wood, brings out the grain and leaves the floor with a warm, matt and natural feel. Minor wear can be repaired locally and the surface refreshed with Bauwerk care oil. The sanded surface is smooth and even, giving a calm and classic look.

The parquet is suitable for hot-water underfloor heating – follow the requirements of Bauwerk’s installation instructions (surface temperature up to 29 °C).
Skirtings and stair solutions in the same tone
Matching skirting boards and stair nosings as well as stair treads and risers for this collection can be ordered from Bauwerk in the same tone and finish, so that the floor, skirtings and stairs form a harmonious whole.
