Engineered Oak Flooring 3-Strip Esta Promo White extra matt lacquered is a 3-strip engineered wood floor by the Estonian manufacturer Esta Parket – oak, tone White, grade Promo. The floor has a very light, white-stained Scandinavian tone.
Esta Parket – 3-strip engineered flooring
The board is 13 mm thick with a stable 3-layer construction: a 3 mm hardwood top layer, a softwood core and a moisture-resistant birch veneer base that balances the board and keeps it straight. The wood is slowly dried at the Esta factory for about 45 days, so the floor is stress-free and durable.
Tone and grade
Promo is a value, more rustic grade in which knots, sapwood and natural colour variation are allowed. A good choice if you want genuine wood parquet at an affordable price.
Surface finish
The surface is finished with Esta Parket’s durable extra matt lacquer with a gloss level of only 5–11%. Extra matt lacquer looks as natural as an oiled floor but is just as easy to clean and maintain as a traditional lacquered floor. The lightly brushed surface is smooth while the wood structure remains subtly tangible. Unbevelled edges create a smooth, seamless floor surface.
Installation and underfloor heating
The boards feature a high-quality glueless Unilin click joint for quick floating installation on an underlay; if required, the floor can also be glued to the subfloor. Esta parquet is suitable for rooms with underfloor heating: the recommended relative humidity is 40–60% and the floor surface temperature up to 27 °C.
