Plank parquet Bauwerk Cleverpark smoked oak 2nd grade – clearance offer
The clearance price is €42.82/m² (€85.64 per pack, 2.00 m² per pack). Stock on 28.10.2026: 208 m². Quantities are limited and the offer is valid while stocks last – for larger projects we recommend reserving the required quantity in good time.
2nd grade (Bauwerk Best Value): this is a factory 2nd grade batch whose boards may show minor visual deviations compared to 1st grade. That is why the price is considerably lower than usual.
Grade and colour
Smoking gives the oak a deep dark brown tone with natural colour variation from lighter to darker boards. Grade 15 is balanced and lively: small knots and colour variation bring the surface to life while the overall impression stays calm.
Surface finish
A multi-layer matt lacquer protects the wood against wear and dirt and leaves the surface with a natural, non-glossy look. A lacquered floor is easy to care for – dry cleaning and an occasional damp cloth are enough.
Installation
The parquet is fully glued to the subfloor with parquet adhesive and can be laid in a deck or English pattern. Glued 2-layer parquet is quiet and stable underfoot, and thanks to its low build height it is also well suited for renovation. It is very suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. An expansion gap is left along the walls and covered with a skirting board – skirtings and stair solutions in the same tone can be ordered separately.
