Oak parquet Bauwerk Monopark Farina 15 B-Protect sanded 2nd grade is a 2-layer strip parquet from the Swiss manufacturer Bauwerk’s Monopark collection, offered in our clearance sale as 2nd grade (Bauwerk Best Value). This batch contains right tongue strips (R) only, so it suits deck and ladder patterns but not herringbone.
Oak parquet Bauwerk Monopark Farina 2nd grade – clearance offer
The clearance price is €30.33/m² (€64.00 per pack, 2.11 m² per pack). Stock on 28.10.2026: 141.37 m². Quantities are limited and the offer is valid while stocks last – for larger projects we recommend reserving the required quantity in good time.
2nd grade (Bauwerk Best Value): this is a factory 2nd grade batch whose boards may show minor visual deviations compared to 1st grade. That is why the price is considerably lower than usual.
Grade and colour
Farina is a very light, chalky tone that makes a room bright and airy. Grade 15 is balanced and lively: small knots and natural colour variation bring the surface to life while the overall impression stays calm.
Surface finish
B-Protect® is Bauwerk’s own factory finish: a thin multi-layer protection that seals the surface completely while leaving the wood looking almost untreated. It is extremely matt, resistant to water and chemicals and UV-stable, so the colour stays unchanged for a long time. Dry cleaning and an occasional damp cloth are enough for daily care.
Installation
The parquet is fully glued to the subfloor with parquet adhesive and can be laid in a deck or ladder pattern. Glued 2-layer parquet is quiet and stable underfoot, and thanks to its low build height it is also well suited for renovation. It is very suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. An expansion gap is left along the walls and covered with a skirting board – skirtings and stair solutions in the same tone can be ordered separately.
